Wore this on a scorching 95-degree day, and while it didn't make the weather feel cooler, it certainly didn't make it any worse. The lightweight fabric was breathable and let any slight breeze pass through and cool me off. It's quick drying too, so when I poured a water bottle on my head it was dry by the next green. May have been hot as heck, but at least I looked good.
